Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess a Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a university recognized by the Government of India or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government.

The candidate must have the valid mark sheet/degree certificate showing that they are a graduate on the date of registration and must enter their graduation percentage while applying online.

Local Language Proficiency

Candidates must be proficient in reading, writing and speaking the local language of the state selected by them.

Salary / Pay Scale

The post is in JMGS-I / Scale-I. The notification gives the following Scale-I pay structure:

DA, HRA, CCA and other allowances/perquisites will be applicable according to the Bank’s rules in force from time to time.

Probation

Selected candidates will remain on probation for 2 years of active service from the date of joining.

Service Bond

Selected candidates are required to execute a Financial Service Indemnity Bond of ₹2,00,000 for rendering service for a minimum period of 3 years.
