Eligibility & Educational Qualification

Experience for Chief General Manager (CGM)
Candidates from reputed private organizations should possess a minimum of 23 years of post-qualification experience.
Candidates from Government Organizations, Indian Railways, PSUs, or Metro Rail Corporations should have at least 20 years of post-qualification experience, including at least 17 years at Executive level and a minimum of four years in SAG/GM Grade (7th CPC Level 14 or IDA ₹1,20,000–2,80,000 or equivalent).
Experience for General Manager (GM)
Candidates from reputed private organizations should have at least 20 years of post-qualification experience.
Candidates from Government Organizations, Indian Railways, PSUs, or Metro Rail Corporations should possess at least 17 years of post-qualification experience, including at least 14 years in Executive-level positions.
Candidates with proven experience in timely project completion while heading site teams will be preferred. Preference will also be given to candidates who have worked in Gujarat for at least three years and are conversant with Gujarati.
