Educational Qualification
Candidates must fulfill the following requirements:

Job Responsibilities
The appointed Legal Executive will be responsible for handling legal and court-related matters of the Gujarat Police Recruitment Board.
Major responsibilities include:
- Handling cases pending before subordinate courts and higher courts concerning GPRB.
- Handling matters relating to cases before the Hon’ble Supreme Court.
- Handling cases transferred or likely to be transferred to courts outside Gujarat.
- Coordinating with Government Advocates and other advocates appointed by the Government.
- Coordinating with concerned branches, officers and employees regarding court cases.
- Preparing para-wise remarks and affidavits.
- Briefing Government Advocates or advocates appointed by the Government.
- Attending court proceedings during hearings.

The Legal Executive may also be required to work beyond normal office hours or on public holidays when necessary for court cases or related matters, without additional remuneration.
